Fleming and Baron is seeking a Maintenance & Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for our Woodbridge, Ontario facility. You will oversee maintenance and EHS, drive reliability, safety, and environmental compliance with hands-on leadership across the organization.
The role requires 7+ years in maintenance/EHS leadership in manufacturing, union environment preferred, and a degree in Engineering or safety. ISO, Lean, Six Sigma experience is valued.

Compensation $95,000 - $115,000 depending on experience
