Qualifications

• Licensed Millwright (433A) certification required.
• 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (2-week rotation).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial mechanical equipment (presses, slitters, dies, conveyors, etc.).
• Perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, motorized, and mechanical production machinery.
• Inspect equipment performance to identify hazards, adjustments, or replacements.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble defective mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret diagrams, sketches, manuals, and specs.
• Use fabrication, machining, and welding skills as needed.
• Perform light electrical troubleshooting and basic electrical design work.
• Maintain an organized stockroom for mechanical/electrical parts.
• Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by following all policies and procedures.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Millwright to join our team. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with the maintenance, rebuilding, and installation of machinery and equipment. • $43-$45/hr plus $6000 bonus in 1st year:
• $2000 signing bonus at 3 months
• $2000 midway bonus at 6 months

REQUIRMENTS

• Licensed Millwright (433A)
• 12-hour continentals
• 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing (metal processing or high-volume fabrication is ideal)
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work rotating shifts (2-week rotation)
