Responsibilities

Actively seek out customers, offer a friendly greeting, smile and make eye contact.
Help customers locate merchandise and answer questions about products.
Describe features and benefits of merchandise and steps to complete projects.
Demonstrate expert product knowledge and answer customer questions.
Assist with special orders and installed sales.
Maintain stock and showroom appearance on a daily basis.
Review ads to ensure items are in stock and replenish as needed.
Support store appearance by cleaning and signing merchandise and pricing.
