Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver fast, friendly service and assess customer needs across departments. You will greet, engage, and thank customers while building product knowledge to recommend complete project solutions.

Responsibilities include guiding customers to merchandise, offering services like Tool Rental and Pro Desk, maintaining stock, and upholding safety standards in a dynamic warehouse environment. Evening/weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail or trade experience is an asset.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and thank customers to assess needs and provide assistance.
• Escort customers to appropriate merchandise and explain options across departments.
• Inform customers about product features and related services (Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services).
• Maintain stock, signage, and store presentation; ensure clean and safe sections.
• Follow safety policies and loss prevention procedures to protect people and products.
