Job description

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for 50 years, making it one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton and the surrounding area. We are currently seeking to hire an Experienced Milling Crew Foreman to join our Asphalt Milling Division for the 2025 construction season.

This is a full-time seasonal position with competitive wages.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years experience operating Wirtgen cold milling equipment
2. Experience in leadership roles, managing crews, ordering materials, supplies, and trucking
3. Experience with various asphalt milling procedures, from highway work to small in-town tie-ins
4. Strong leadership and decision-making skills in fast-paced, complex environments
5. Ability to work long hours, including day and night shifts
6. Some out-of-town work is expected during the season
7. Ensure crews work safely and productively
8. Complete safety documentation, including daily safety meetings, inspections, and permits
9. Must be physically fit to perform repetitive lifting, bending, kneeling, and walking for long periods
