Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions is seeking a Mill Helper with a strong mechanical background to join our heavy industrial quarry team in Woodstock, ON. You will work alongside Millwrights to maintain, repair, install, and troubleshoot conveyors, gearboxes, crushers, and other equipment.

The ideal candidate has a Millwright, Millwright Apprentice, Industrial Mechanic, or similar trades background, with 3–5 years of relevant experience, and is comfortable working outdoors and at heights. English is required.

Qualifications

• Millwright or Industrial Mechanic background preferred.
• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and repairs.
• Experience with conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, crushers, or similar equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, or schematics.
• 3–5 years of relevant mechanical experience preferred.
• Welding/fabrication experience is an asset.
• Readiness to work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces.
• English language required.

• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and assist with repairs.

Pay: $28.15/hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Shift: Afternoon Shift- Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-1:30 AM

About the Role

We are hiring a Mill Helper to join our heavy industrial quarry plant in Woodstock. This is a hands-on mechanical role working alongside Millwrights on industrial equipment. We are looking for candidates with a Millwright, Millwright Apprentice, Industrial Mechanic, or similar mechanical trades background.

You will assist with the maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting of conveyors, gearboxes, crushers, screens, pumps, bearings, and other industrial equipment.

Ideal backgrounds: Millwright, Millwright Apprentice, Industrial Mechanic, Mechanical Technician, Millwright Helper, or a mechanical tradesperson with strong industrial maintenance experience.
