The role requires RIBO licensure and 3+ years in broking or underwriting, with strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• RIBO license is required.
• Typically, more than 3 years of industry and product line experience in broking or underwriting.
• Extensive experience in placing multi-line coverage on Mid-Market to Complex accounts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Client-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a producer on applications, specs, and marketing strategies for new business and renewals.
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell across departments.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients, carriers, and NFP staff.
