Job summary

Reddit is seeking an Acquisitions Account Manager for the Toronto area. You will onboard mid-market clients, establish a Test & Learn roadmap, and drive campaign optimization to hit initial goals.

You will ensure strong implementations (pixel, CAPI, MMP) and collaborate with internal teams to scale advertiser programs. This role requires 4–7 years in client success or account management within digital advertising, with a focus on measurable ROI, data analysis, and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in Client Success/Account Management or related media role.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, organized and proactive.
• Proficient with data, Excel, and ROI-based optimization.
• Experience with Test & Learn and Measurement Lift methodologies.
• Understanding of customer funnel and digital measurement basics.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new mid-market advertisers and set up campaigns.
• Lead signal and technical foundations across campaigns (pixel/CAPI/MMP).
• Analyze performance data and drive a Test & Learn roadmap.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support budget expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and optimization.
• Ensure clients meet success criteria and prepare for graduation to SSG.
• Articulate data stories in meetings, presentations, and emails.
• Promote Reddit Pro and organic vs paid best practices.
