Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is expanding its sales organization and seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth across project-based engagements and ongoing marketing services. You will work with SDRs, strategists and leadership to win high-value business and expand existing accounts.

The role requires owning the full sales cycle, generating new business, and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes in a remote environment across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.

• Lead consultative discovery, solution development and stakeholder alignment.
