Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is growing its sales team and seeks a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth across project-based engagements and ongoing marketing services. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, collaborating with SDRs, strategists and leadership to win high-value business and expand existing accounts.

The role is remote (Canada/US focus) and requires 5+ years in quota-carrying AE roles with a proven consultative selling record and the ability to navigate

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment.

Responsibilities
