Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is expanding its sales team across the US and Canada. As Account Executive at Blacksmith, you drive growth across project engagements and ongoing marketing services, partnering with SDRs, strategists and leadership to win high‑value business and expand existing accounts.

This is a consultative hunter role for a confident communicator who excels in virtual selling, deep discovery and managing complex multi‑step sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Generate new business while growing existing client relationships.
