Venture Co is seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 & Purview Governance Consultant to join our MSP team in Markham, Ontario. You will lead architecture and implementation efforts for secure, compliant data governance across diverse client environments.

Responsibilities span Purview implementation, data governance programs, AI governance, and regulatory compliance. You will craft dashboards, reports, and governance roadmaps while engaging executive stakeholders and delivering value to clients.

Qualifications

5+ years in information/governance, data governance, risk, compliance, or Microsoft 365 consulting.
Experience implementing Microsoft Purview.
Experience supporting regulatory audits.
Experience designing governance frameworks.
Experience developing executive reporting and dashboards.
Experience working directly with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead governance workshops and client engagements in Purview.
Architect and implement Purview solutions across client environments.
Configure compliance controls, retention policies, and DLP.
Develop enterprise data governance programs and roadmaps.
Create governance and AI governance reporting packages.
Deliver executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
Support audits and evidence collection during engagements.

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 & Purview Governance Consultant to join our dynamic team within a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure, who thrives on designing secure, scalable, and compliant solutions across diverse client environments.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead architecture and implementation efforts, focusing on security, compliance, endpoint management, and collaboration technologies. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver impactful solutions that drive business value.
