Job summary

Optisigma Inc. is seeking a passionate Power Platform Consultant to join our Canadian team. You will lead digital transformation initiatives using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams and the MS Graph API.

With a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, you will design scalable solutions, create connectors and governance, and mentor clients toward operational efficiency. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience advising, designing, developing and transferring Microsoft solutions.
• Experience across Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams and Dataverse.
• Strong English communication; written deliverables in English.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the business objective : what problem is being solved, who the users are, and what level of structure, automation, scale and accountability is actually required
• Identifying the data layer : data ownership and stewardship, current integrity, migration strategies where needed, and how data flows between Microsoft applications
• Mapping the objective to Microsoft 365 capabilities and comparing viable options on simplicity, sustainability, cost and governance
• Recommending a technology pattern with its rationale, risks and mitigations (e.g. Teams + SharePoint + Planner, Teams + Power App backed by SharePoint, Power App + Dataverse + Power BI)
• Designing and implementing the selected solution, favouring reusable and scalable components wherever possible in order to reduce technical debt
• Developing in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams and the MS Graph API
• Building standard and custom connectors and integrating Entra ID single sign-on
• Testing and piloting the proposed solutions with business and technical teams, then supporting their move into production
• Producing the documentation : scope statements, design documents, proof-of-concept models, test cases and results, release notes, standard operating procedures
• A minimum of 10 years of experience within the last 15 years advising, designing, developing and transferring solutions in a Microsoft ecosystem, covering the full cycle described above
• Hold the PL-400 (Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate) or PL-600 (Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) certification
• A minimum of 5 years of experience within the last 10 years developing in at least 6 of the following 8 areas :
• MS Planner using the Planner API (creating, managing, tracking or integrating tasks and plans)
• MS SharePoint using the MS Graph API (Drive, List, Site)
• Managing MS Teams using the MS Graph API
• Power Automate cloud flows with standard and custom connectors, for automation and orchestration
• Integration of Azure AD / Entra ID single sign-on
• Power Apps Canvas for Teams and custom components built with the PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)
• Power BI reports and dashboards
• Connecting to existing and new enterprise Dataverse data
• Assets : Copilot AI agents, MS Teams Developer CLI, Teams Toolkit or 365 Agents Toolkit integrated with VS Code, Teams SDK, Message Extensions, Adaptive Cards, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, Azure DevOps (repos and CI/CD pipelines)
• English essential : able to communicate orally and in writing without assistance and with minimal errors; all deliverables are in English
