Job summary

Affinity is seeking a M365 Training Coordinator to deliver Microsoft 365 training across the organization. You will conduct full-day or multi-session classes, primarily virtual, with in-person sessions at acute or community sites upon request.

You will train staff on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Visio, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Forms, and general computer fundamentals. Ideal candidates hold a Microsoft Office Specialist certification and a Provincial Instructor Diploma.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office Specialist certification is required.
• Provincial Instructor Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in large health care organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Microsoft 365 training to the organization.
• Deliver full-day or multiple 1- or 2-hour classes.
• Deliver classes virtually, with in-person option on request at a site.
• Train staff on Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Visio), Teams, SharePoint Online (Lists and Planner), OneDrive, Forms, and Computer Fundamentals.
• Collaborate with Learning Services to develop or revise training content.
