Vancouver Coastal Health seeks a Mental Health and Substance Use Outpatient Services Nurse (RN/RPN) at Vancouver General Hospital, Vancouver, BC. Working within a client- and family-centered model, you assess, triage and intervene to support crisis care and linkage to community services.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans for adults with mental health and substance use needs, ensuring continuity of care across the continuum.

Qualifikationen

• Current practicing RN or RPN registration with BCCNM.
• Minimum 3 years’ recent experience with adults with mental health and substance use issues.
