Job summary

Randstad Canada is hiring for a full-time warehouse role in Edmonton, offering daily movement of high-velocity cargo from production to delivery. You will operate a full suite of MHE including Reach Trucks, Walkies, Cherry Pickers, and more, ensuring fast turnaround and 100% inventory accuracy.

The position requires a valid forklift license, 1+ year of MHE experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on precision and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid, active forklift operator license required.
• 1+ year of experience operating MHE (Reach Truck, Sit-Down Counterbalance, Dock Stocker, Walkie, Cherry Picker).
• Experience in high-speed warehouse environments where timing and precision matter.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and process high-velocity cargo to minimize dwell time and ensure ultra-fast turnaround.
• Safely operate MHE including Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Counterbalances, Dock Stockers, Walkies, and Cherry Pickers.
• Scan inbound and outbound shipments with RF scanners to preserve inventory accuracy.
• Compare counts with bills of lading and packing slips; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Keep floors clean, organized, and safe by following safety protocols.

Advantages

• $21.00 - $23.00/hour (starting rate based on your skills and experience)
• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Multiple openings available across Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and process high-velocity cargo to minimize dwell time and ensure ultra-fast turnaround.
• Safely operate a full suite of MHE including Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Counterbalances, Dock Stockers, Walkies, and Cherry Pickers.
• Scan all inbound and outbound shipments with RF scanners to preserve 100% inventory accuracy.
• Compare physical counts against bills of lading and packing slips, catching and resolving discrepancies immediately.
• Keep the floor spotless, organized, and safe by actively adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• You hold a valid, active forklift operator license and bring 1+ years of experience operating MHE (Reach Truck, Sit-Down Counterbalance, Dock Stocker, Walkie, Cherry Picker).
• You thrive in high-speed, dynamic warehouse environments where timing and precision matter.
• You pair a strong work ethic with razor-sharp accuracy, and you maintain personal transportation for consistent, on-time arrivals.
