Randstad Canada is hiring a Warehouse Logistics Associate for the Cambridge, ON site. The role requires 1+ years operating industrial lift trucks in logistics or manufacturing, with a valid forklift ticket.

You will drive Counterbalance/Reach/Walkie equipment, move freight, scan items with RF guns, and ensure on-time staging of customer orders. We offer a competitive pay rate of $21.00–$23.00 per hour, weekly direct deposits, and a shift mix including Day, Afternoon, Night and Continental

Qualifications

• 1+ years operating industrial lift trucks in logistics, manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Active or recently expired forklift ticket (Counterbalance/Reach/Walkie experience is a strong asset).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Drive & operate Counterbalance, Reach, Order Picker, or Walkie equipment to move products across the floor.
• Move inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring customer orders are staged on time and arrive intact.
• Scan products in real time with RF guns to keep inventory records accurate.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace by performing equipment inspections with the team.

Responsibilities

• Drive & Operate: Take the wheel on Counterbalance, Reach, Order Picker, or Walkie equipment to keep products flowing smoothly across the floor.
• Move & Stage Freight: Handle inbound and outbound shipments with care, making sure customer orders are staged on time and arrive intact.
• Track the Goods: Scan products in real time with RF guns so our inventory records stay 100% accurate.
• Keep It Safe: Start each shift with a quick equipment inspection and work alongside your team to maintain an organized, hazard-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Background: 1+ years operating industrial lift trucks in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Forklift Credentials: Active or recently expired forklift ticket (experience on Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or Walkie is a strong asset).
• Ready to Move: Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely and comfortable staying active throughout the day, balancing forklift driving with material handling.
