Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking warehouse associates in Calgary to pick/pack orders, operate RF scanners, and manage inventory using real-time tracking tools. Roles offer immediate full-time hours and flexible shifts across morning, afternoon, evening, and night.

You’ll be logging stock, loading/unloading shipments, restocking, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Min 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Hands-on experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks preferred.
• Dependable work ethic and punctuality; ability to hit daily goals.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Safe lifting and physical labor across active facility floors.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse tech to track stock in real time.
• Load, unload, and move shipments on the warehouse floor.
• Restock shelves and keep a clean, safe workspace.

• Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 / hour (based on experience and shift)
• Weekly pay through Randstad + 4% vacation pay included on every check

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders quickly and accurately to meet fast-paced demands.
• Operate RF scanners and utilize warehouse technology to track, audit, and log stock levels in real time.
• Load, unload, and safely maneuver incoming and outgoing shipments across the warehouse floor.
• Restock shelves, organize inventory, and rigorously maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free workspace.
• Arrive consistently on time and collaborate with cross-functional teammates to exceed operational targets.

Qualifications

• Min 6 months of warehouse experience
• Possess hands-on experience (or strong familiarity) operating RF scanners and hand/electric pallet jacks.
• Bring a dependable work ethic, strong punctuality, and a commitment to hitting daily goals.
• Work collaboratively in dynamic, team-oriented environments.
• Safely lift, move freight, and execute physical labour across active facility floors.
