Randstad Canada is a well-known logistics company recruiting for a forklift operator position in Surrey. The role features afternoon shifts (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11:30pm) and a night shift (Sun 23:00-07:30 / Mon-Thu 00:00-08:30).

Wage is CAD 24.75/hr, with weekly direct deposit payments, and opportunities to work in a fast-paced dock environment. Responsibilities include operating a sit-down forklift, lifting 50-75 lbs, and coordinating inbound and outbound freight while complying with safety

Qualificações

• Forklift experience of 1–2 years is required.
• Must complete online safety training that includes Transportation of Dangerous Goods.
• Safety boots with steel toes are mandatory.
• Must have reliable transportation and not rely on public bus routes.
• Must possess a valid forklift license.

Responsabilidades

• Operate sit-down forklift in a fast-paced environment with tight corners.
• Lift 50–75 lbs as required (25% lifting, 75% forklift operation).
• Work independently and in a team.
• Load and unload materials on the dock.
• Move and handle large and cumbersome freight in a dock environment.
• Ensure TDG, WHMIS, and company policies are followed.
• Organize inbound and outbound freight to city and linehaul trailers.
