Job summary

Bombardier seeks a Methods Agent, Natural Team (Green) at the Dorval Plant to support production operations, analyze drawings, and develop plans to return to normal production. You will coordinate investigations, assist during technical issues and help prevent line shutdowns.

FLUENCY IN FRENCH is required; English is an asset. A DEC in aeronautics/aerospace engineering and strong analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• DEC in aeronautics or aerospace engineering (or related field).
• Knowledge of assembly techniques and reading technical drawings.
• Organized with strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Excellent team player with perseverance and sound judgment.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.

What are your contributions to the team?

Your main responsibilities will be:

• To be the first responder when the product line is impacted.
• To assist operations during technical issues.
• To act as coordinator during issues resulting in line shutdowns.

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting production operations.
• Analyze technical drawings (details, assemblies, and installations)
• Assist in problem analysis
• Develop plans and strategies to ensure a return to normal production
• Support investigations related to recurring problems
• Create work instructions for components requiring repair

How to thrive in this role?

• You must hold a college diploma (DEC) in aeronautics or aerospace engineering (or a related field)
• You have knowledge of assembly techniques
• You are organized, have excellent time management skills, and are able to work independently
• You are comfortable reading technical drawings and possess strong analytical skills
• You are an excellent team player and are known for your perseverance and sound judgment
• Fluency in spoken and written French is required; English is an asset.
