Job summary

Bombardier Dormval Plant in Dorval, QC is seeking a Methods Agent for Avionic Functional Test Control role. You will troubleshoot mechanical systems, write test procedures, and implement changes in production to ensure smooth operations.

The position requires a college degree in aircraft maintenance and 5+ years of aviation experience, with bilingual abilities and knowledge of SAP, Macpac, Quicksilver, and Challenger products considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• College degree in aircraft maintenance with at least 5 years of aviation experience.
• Knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems is essential.
• Bilingualism and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, Macpac, and Quicksilver is an asset.
• Knowledge of Challenger products is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in solving problems related to mechanical systems (troubleshooting).
• Write functional test procedures for various mechanical systems and identify the tools required to execute.
• Review and incorporation of engineering requirements.
• Plan and implement changes in production.
• Support and optimize daily production operations.
• Investigate technical issues and find solutions for the aircraft from preflight until delivery.
• Answer the technical questions of Methods, Quality and Production departments.
