Job summary

Bombardier in Dorval, QC, Canada, invites a Methods Agent to join the Aerospace Canada team. You will support production operations, analyze drawings, and help return lines to normal after disturbances. This role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and structured work instructions.

Fluency in French is required; English is an asset. A DEC in aeronautics or aerospace engineering is preferred, with ability to read drawings and coordinate investigations.

What are your contributions to the team?

Your main responsibilities will be:

• To be the first responder when the product line is impacted.
• To assist operations during technical issues.
• To act as coordinator during issues resulting in line shutdowns.

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting production operations.
• Analyze technical drawings (details, assemblies, and installations)
• Assist in problem analysis
• Develop plans and strategies to ensure a return to normal production
• Support investigations related to recurring problems
• Create work instructions for components requiring repair

How to thrive in this role?

• You must hold a college diploma (DEC) in aeronautics or aerospace engineering (or a related field)
• You have knowledge of assembly techniques
• You are organized, have excellent time management skills, and are able to work independently
• You are comfortable reading technical drawings and possess strong analytical skills
• You are an excellent team player and are known for your perseverance and sound judgment
• Fluency in spoken and written French is required; English is an asset.
