Why is this role important?

Reporting to a Store Setup Manager, you will be part of a team that travels to stores across the province to merchandise and assist during renovations and new store openings.

What You'll Do:

1. Travel to retail locations within British Columbia to work alongside construction teams during store remodels.
2. Eliminate out-of-stock and out-of-date products, clean and adjust shelves, and restock as needed.
3. Assemble, set-up, and maintain store fixtures, displays, and shelves following Plan-O-Grams.
4. Receive and unload incoming materials, verify shipment accuracy.
5. Ensure merchandise is presentable and aisles are accessible.
6. Assist with manual tasks, cleaning, maintenance, and stockroom management.

What You'll Need:

1. Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle for store travel.
2. Flexibility for overnight shifts and overtime as required.
3. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
4. Willingness to travel extensively with competitive compensation.
5. Retail experience and understanding of store operations are assets.
6. Previous merchandising or stocker experience is an asset.
7. Good communication and organizational skills.
8. Computer literacy and ability to learn new software.

Additional Information:

Candidates 18+ must complete a criminal background check. The hourly wage is $22.00, with pay influenced by experience, knowledge, and location.
