Job summary

Brand Momentum Inc. is seeking an independent contractor to serve as a Merchandiser at a retail location in Powell River, BC. The position requires 5-6 hours per week on weekdays with starting pay of $21 per hour.

The role involves setting up attractive product displays, restocking according to Planograms, updating displays and pricing, and supporting account initiatives. It offers flexibility and independence in a national CPG context.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make product displays look beautiful and appealing to customers.
• Bring products from the storage area and fill displays following a Planogram.
• Update seasonal displays/pricing.
• Place product orders.
• Execute account-specific initiatives (bookings, end caps, marketing programs).
• Recognize opportunities to add value on each store visit while collaborating with department personnel.
• Provide regular merchandising support – maintaining shelves, Planogram changes, Out of Stock correction, freshness, etc.
• Prepare and submit required reporting daily.

About the Position

We are currently looking for an independent contractor who is a detail-orientated Merchandiser to work at a retail location, for 5-6 hours per week on weekdays!

Starting Rate: $21/HR

Responsibilities

• Making our packaged product displays look beautiful and appealing to customers
• Bringing products from the storage area and filling up the displays following a Planogram
• Updating any seasonal displays/pricing
• Placing product orders
• Executing account-specific initiatives i.e. bookings, end caps, marketing programs
• Recognizing opportunities to add value on each store visit while collaborating with department personnel
• Providing regular merchandising support – maintaining shelves, Planogram changes, Out of Stock correction, freshness, etc.
• Preparing and submitting required reporting daily
