Job summary

Brand Momentum Inc. is seeking an independent contractor Merchandiser to work at a retail location on a flexible schedule. Approximately 15 hours per week on weekdays, starting at $20 per hour.

The role involves traveling to stores, setting up displays, and maintaining planograms as part of a national sales and merchandising team. You should be outgoing, reliable, and able to lift up to 45 lbs. Responsibilities include updating pricing, placing orders, and reporting daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Make displays attractive and appealing to customers.

• Execute account-specific initiatives like bookings and end caps.
• Identify opportunities to add value during store visits with team collaboration.
• Perform merchandising support: shelves, Planogram changes, stock checks, freshness.

About the Position

Job Status: Open Position

We are currently looking for an independent contractor who is a detail-orientated Merchandiser to work at a retail location, for 15 hours per week on weekdays!

Starting Rate: $20/HR

Responsibilities

• Making our packaged product displays look beautiful and appealing to customers
• Bringing products from the storage area and filling up the displays following a Planogram
• Updating any seasonal displays/pricing
• Placing product orders
• Executing account-specific initiatives i.e. bookings, end caps, marketing programs
• Recognizing opportunities to add value on each store visit while collaborating with department personnel
• Providing regular merchandising support – maintaining shelves, Planogram changes, Out of Stock correction, freshness, etc.
• Preparing and submitting required reporting daily

Position Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Able to maintain a professional demeanour with the public and store personnel when performing duties
• Detail oriented and extremely organized
• Flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environment
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs
• Able to stand for several hours on a continuous basis
