Job summary

Brand Momentum Inc. is seeking an independent contractor Merchandiser to work at a retail location for 15 hours per week on weekdays. You will ensure product displays are visually appealing and stocked according to planograms, engaging customers during store visits.

This role offers flexibility, the chance to work with a national CPG brand, and competitive compensation at $18 per hour. Ideal candidates are energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up attractive product displays according to planograms.
• Transport products from storage to displays and restock.

• Provide regular merchandising support and reporting daily.

Merchandiser (Independent Contractor)

Job Status: Open Position

We are currently looking for an independent contractor who is a detail-orientated Merchandiser to work at a retail location, for 15 hours per week on weekdays!

Starting Rate: $18/HR

Responsibilities

• Making our packaged product displays look beautiful and appealing to customers
• Bringing products from the storage area and filling up the displays following a Planogram
• Updating any seasonal displays/pricing
• Placing product orders
• Executing account-specific initiatives i.e. bookings, end caps, marketing programs
• Recognizing opportunities to add value on each store visit while collaborating with department personnel
• Providing regular merchandising support - maintaining shelves, Planogram changes, Out of Stock correction, freshness, etc.
• Preparing and submitting required reporting daily

Position Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Able to maintain a professional demeanour with the public and store personnel when performing duties
• Detail oriented and extremely organized
• Flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environment
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs
• Able to stand for several hours on a continuous basis
