Job summary

Brand Momentum Inc. is seeking an independent contractor Merchandiser to work at a retail location in Kelowna, BC, for 6 hours per week on weekdays. Starting rate: $20/HR.

You will set up appealing displays, restock per planogram, adjust seasonal pricing, place orders, and support account initiatives. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs, with the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Make packaged product displays look beautiful and appealing to customers.
• Bring products from storage and fill up displays per Planogram.
• Update seasonal displays and pricing.
• Place product orders as needed.
• Execute account-specific initiatives such as bookings, end caps, and marketing programs.
• Identify opportunities to add value during store visits and collaborate with staff.
• Provide regular merchandising support—shelves, Planogram changes, out-of-stock corrections, freshness.
• Preparing and submitting required reporting daily.

About the Position

We are currently looking for an independent contractor who is a detail-orientated Merchandiser to work at a retail location, for 6 hours per week on weekdays!

Responsibilities

• Making our packaged product displays look beautiful and appealing to customers
• Bringing products from the storage area and filling up the displays following a Planogram
• Updating any seasonal displays/pricing
• Placing product orders
• Executing account-specific initiatives i.e. bookings, end caps, marketing programs
• Recognizing opportunities to add value on each store visit while collaborating with department personnel
• Providing regular merchandising support – maintaining shelves, Planogram changes, Out of Stock correction, freshness, etc.
• Preparing and submitting required reporting daily

Position Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
