Job summary

Merchandising Consultants Associates in Calgary, AB is seeking reliable Merchandising Representatives to support a Direct Store Delivery program in big box retail stores.

This is a fast-paced, physical role requiring organization, safety, and clear communication. You will stock shelves, rotate products, build displays, monitor inventory, and use smartphone apps to report data.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, grocery, warehouse, or merchandising environments.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with clear productivity expectations.
• Physically able to lift, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Confidently communicate with store management, staff, and other vendors.
• Work independently and manage daily priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and replenishing products following DSD deliveries
• Rotating product to ensure freshness and quality
• Building and maintaining displays and promotional signage
• Monitoring inventory levels
• Processing damaged, expired, and unsaleable products

Merchandising Consultants Associates

Location: Calgary, AB

Job Type: Independent Contractor

Wage: $20 per hour + potential for bonus

Schedule: Multiple shift times available, including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends

About the Role

We are currently looking for reliable, energetic Merchandising Representatives to support a leading manufacturer's Direct Store Delivery (DSD) program in big box retail stores. In this role, you will work directly with the client's products after they have been delivered to the store, maintaining organized, well-stocked shelves and displays that support sales.

This is a fast-paced, physical role in a busy retail environment where multiple vendors, store employees, and deliveries happen simultaneously. Being able to work safely, stay organized, and communicate effectively is essential.
