Job summary

Brand Momentum is seeking an independent contractor Merchandiser to work at a retail location in Kelowna, BC. The role requires roughly 6 hours per week on weekdays, with a starting rate of 20 CAD per hour.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable in a field-based setting, representing a national CPG brand and collaborating with store staff.

Responsibilities

• Making product displays look attractive and engaging for customers.
• Transporting products from storage and restocking displays per Planogram.
• Updating seasonal displays and pricing.
• Placing product orders.
• Executing account-specific initiatives like bookings, end caps, and marketing programs.
• Recognizing value opportunities during store visits and collaborating with staff.
• Providing merchandising support—keeping shelves fresh and accurate per Planogram.
• Preparing and submitting daily reporting.

About the Position

We are currently looking for an independent contractor who is a detail-orientated Merchandiser to work at a retail location, for 6 hours per week on weekdays!

Starting Rate: $20/HR

Job Status: Open Position

Responsibilities

• Making our packaged product displays look beautiful and appealing to customers
• Bringing products from the storage area and filling up the displays following a Planogram
• Updating any seasonal displays/pricing
• Placing product orders
• Executing account-specific initiatives i.e. bookings, end caps, marketing programs
• Recognizing opportunities to add value on each store visit while collaborating with department personnel
• Providing regular merchandising support – maintaining shelves, Planogram changes, Out of Stock correction, freshness, etc.
• Preparing and submitting required reporting daily

Position Requirements:
