Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines
• Manage planogram sets and visual standards to maintain store presentation
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store floor leadership
• Oversee in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness
• Lead Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving processes
• Train and develop team members across assigned departments
