Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around a store, with some heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in adhering to SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution and ensure timely unloading and sorting of merchandise.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain shelf and planogram standards to company expectations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and customer-ready store environment.
• Oversee inventory control, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN processes with accuracy.
