• Drive profitable sales through achievement of sales and profit goals, budget management and sales forecasts.
• Analyze and utilize sales/financial reports, economic trends and community needs to identify market changes while controlling expenditures.
• Create operational plans with management team; delegate and direct Managers and Associates; maintain store standards and pricing.
• Oversee asset protection, safety controls and QA standards; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support store initiatives and community engagement; participate in events and sustainability efforts.
• Lead Associates through regular store meetings, communicate direction, drive engagement and provide growth opportunities.
• Hold Associates accountable with timely feedback and disciplinary actions; liaise with district functions.
