Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking a permanent, full-time team member to support store operations and merchandise flow. You will assist with receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining an inviting sales floor while delivering friendly customer service.

The role emphasizes physical work, organization, and willingness to work during holidays or peak periods in a dynamic retail environment across Canada. Join a growing, family-owned company with a commitment to the community.

Qualifications

• Requires physical work and ability to lift heavy merchandise.
• Must be organized, efficient, methodical and autonomous.
• Experience handling goods is an asset.
• Willing to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check merchandise and keep backstore organized.
• Ensure merchandise is labeled with correct prices and restocked on sales floor.
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or distribution centre as needed.
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently and maintain a clean, organized space.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers on the floor.
• Follow company policies and procedures; perform other duties to support the team.

What a Typical Workday Looks Like

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for receiving and checking merchandise, as well as keeping the backstore well organized. In order to perform well

In Your Role, You Will Need To

• Make sure merchandise receipts and shipment orders are properly organized and accounted for while identifying any potential errors;
• Ensure all merchandise is labelled with the right price and correct if necessary;
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or to the distribution centre as quickly as possible;
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently;
• Maintain a clean and organized backstore;
• Provide excellent customer service;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedure of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
