Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking team members for permanent, part-time roles in a fast-paced retail environment. The company designs lingerie and swimwear for everyday living and values women looking and feeling their best.

You will join a diverse team and contribute to a supportive, evolving workplace in Canada. The position offers group insurance, paid personal days, and RRSP contributions for eligible staff, with hourly wages ranging from 18.06 to 19.35 CAD.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy physical work and lifting heavy merchandise.
• Be organized, efficient, methodical, autonomous and resourceful.
• Experience handling goods is an asset.
• Willing to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check merchandise and keep the backstore organized.
• Label merchandise with correct prices and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or distribution centre.
• Place products on the sales floor and maintain a clean backstore.
• Provide excellent customer service and support team needs.

What a Typical Workday Looks Like

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for receiving and checking merchandise, as well as keeping the backstore well organized. In order to perform well

In Your Role, You Will Need To

• Make sure merchandise receipts and shipment orders are properly organized and accounted for while identifying any potential errors;
• Ensure all merchandise is labelled with the right price and correct if necessary;
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or to the distribution centre as quickly as possible;
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently;
• Maintain a clean and organized backstore;
• Provide excellent customer service;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedure of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 18,06$ - 19,35$
