La Vie en Rose Inc. is seeking a permanent, full-time store associate in Greenfield Park, QC. You will receive and check merchandise, maintain an organized backstore, and prepare products for transfer to other stores or the distribution centre.

The role involves pricing, stocking, and upholding store policies with flexibility for holidays and peak periods. Ideal candidates are physically capable, organized, autonomous, and ready to support the team during busy times.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check merchandise under the store management team.
• Keep the backstore well organized and ensure receipts and shipments are properly organized.
• Label products with correct prices and adjust as needed.
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or the distribution centre promptly.
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently and maintain a clean backstore.
• Follow the policies and procedures of head office departments and perform other duties as needed.

WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for receiving and checking merchandise, as well as keeping the backstore well organized. In order to perform well in your role, you will need to:

• Make sure merchandise receipts and shipment orders are properly organized and accounted for while identifyi n g any potential errors;
• Ensure all merchandise is labelled with the right price and correct if necessary;
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or to the distribution centre as quickly as possible;
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently;
• Maintain a clean and organized backstore;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedure of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
