Job summary

La Vie en Rose in West Vancouver is seeking a permanent, part-time team member to assist with receiving, stocking and selling lingerie and swimwear. The role emphasizes physical work, organization, and customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

You will work under store management with flexible hours, including holidays during busy periods. The company supports career growth and offers opportunities within a growing, community-focused family business.

Qualifications

• You enjoy physical work and can lift heavy merchandise.
• You are organized, efficient, methodical, autonomous and resourceful.
• Experience handling goods is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check merchandise, and keep the backstore well organized.
• Ensure receipts and shipment orders are properly organized and identify potential errors.
• Label merchandise with correct prices and adjust when necessary.
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or to the distribution centre quickly.
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently and maintain stock visibility.
• Maintain a clean and organized backstore.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Respect and apply head office policies and procedures, with guidance as needed.
• Perform other duties to support the team.

WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for receiving and checking merchandise, as well as keeping the backstore well organized. In order to perform well

in your role, you will need to:

• Make sure merchandise receipts and shipment orders are properly organized and accounted for while identifying any potential errors;
• Ensure all merchandise is labelled with the right price and correct if necessary;
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or to the distribution centre as quickly as possible;
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently;
• Maintain a clean and organized backstore;
• Provide excellent customer service;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedure of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 18,25 $ - 19,70 $
