La Vie en Rose in Canada is seeking a dedicated team member for a permanent, full-time store position. You will contribute to daily sales, merchandising, and customer service in a dynamic, evolving environment.

• Receive and check merchandise and keep the backstore well organized.
• Label merchandise with correct prices and adjust if necessary.
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or distribution centre.
• Place products on sales floor efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized backstore and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow head office policies and procedures.

What a Typical Workday Looks Like

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for receiving and checking merchandise, as well as keeping the backstore well organized. In order to perform well

In Your Role, You Will Need To

• Make sure merchandise receipts and shipment orders are properly organized and accounted for while identifying any potential errors;
• Ensure all merchandise is labelled with the right price and correct if necessary;
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or to the distribution centre as quickly as possible;
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently;
• Maintain a clean and organized backstore;
• Provide excellent customer service;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedure of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
