La Vie en Rose in the Montreal area is hiring a permanent, full-time associate to receive and check merchandise and keep the backstore well organized under store management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check merchandise and keep the backstore well organized under supervision.
• Ensure receipts and shipment orders are properly organized and accounted for, identifying errors.
• Ensure all merchandise is labelled with the right price and corrected if necessary.
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or to the distribution centre as quickly as possible.
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized backstore.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Respect and apply policies and procedures of head office departments.
• Perform other duties to support the team.

WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for receiving and checking merchandise, as well as keeping the backstore well organized. In order to perform well

in your role, you will need to:
