Job summary

La Vie en Rose Inc. in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, is seeking a temporary, part-time store associate at our Outlet location. You will assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising while maintaining an organized backstore and helping customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and check merchandise and keep backstore organized.
• Label prices and ensure correct tagging.
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or distribution centre.
• Place products on the sales floor and maintain cleanliness of backstore.
• Follow policies of head office departments and perform other duties as needed.

WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for receiving and checking merchandise, as well as keeping the backstore well organized. In order to perform well

in your role, you will need to:

• Make sure merchandise receipts and shipment orders are properly organized and accounted for while identifyi n g any potential errors;
• Ensure all merchandise is labelled with the right price and correct if necessary;
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or to the distribution centre as quickly as possible;
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently;
• Maintain a clean and organized backstore;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedure of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

TEMPORARY, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 18,06$ - 19,35$
