Job summary

La Vie en Rose Inc. is hiring for a permanent, part-time position at Orchard Park Shopping Centre in Kelowna. You will receive and check merchandise, label prices, and keep the backstore organized while supporting store operations.

The role requires physical work and a flexible schedule, including holidays. We offer a 50% product discount, advancement opportunities, group insurance, and pay-on-demand options through Dayforce Wallet.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check merchandise and keep the backstore organized.
• Ensure receipts and shipment orders are properly organized and accounted for.
• Label merchandise with correct prices and adjust if needed.
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or the distribution centre.
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized backstore and follow head office policies.
• Perform other duties to support the team.

WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for receiving and checking merchandise, as well as keeping the backstore well organized. In order to perform well

in your role, you will need to:

• Make sure merchandise receipts and shipment orders are properly organized and accounted for while identifyi n g any potential errors;
• Ensure all merchandise is labelled with the right price and correct if necessary;
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or to the distribution centre as quickly as possible;
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently;
• Maintain a clean and organized backstore;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedure of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 18,25 $ - 19,70 $
