Job summary

Webuild seeks a skilled MEP Technical Coordinator to join the Design team on the Hazel McCallion LRT project in Mississauga. You will own MEP technical packages, coordinate with Engineers of Record, and support construction through site presence, field walks, and timely issue resolution.

Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, you will review IFC packages and shop drawings, manage RFIs, NCRs and submittals, and coordinate interfaces across civil, structural, architectural, utilities and rail

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating MEP packages on large construction projects.
• Site presence and field walks to identify issues early.
• Ability to resolve design clarifications and field discrepancies.
• Review IFC packages, drawings and submittals for constructability.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned MEP technical packages, priorities and actions.
• Coordinate design progression, construction support and closeout.
• Maintain site presence and participate in field walks for issue resolution.
• Coordinate interfaces with civil, structural, architectural, utilities and rail teams.
• Ensure RFIs are clearly articulated with background and solutions, track all RFIs and submittals.
• Support technical investigations and Quality teams.
