Job summary

BayCare Health Systems is seeking a Mental Health Technician to join the Behavioral Health Center team in a pool, hourly capacity. The role involves direct patient care of psychiatric inpatients under RN supervision, monitoring for safety, and promoting therapeutic relationships.

Required are BLS certification, High School or equivalent, and a Florida driver's license; preferred credentials include CNA/PCT and an Associate's in Healthcare/Psychology. Equal opportunity employer.

• Location: Tampa, FL
• Status: Pool, Hourly
• Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• Weekend Work: Every Other
• On Call: No
