Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months related experience required.
• Complete high school education, Manitoba standards, required.
• Successful completion of a recognized secretarial training program preferred.
• Typing 40 wpm required.
• Excellent English communication skills both oral and written required.

Responsibilities

• Act as receptionist for the area, receiving calls, taking messages, greeting patients, visitors and staff.
• Typing a variety of correspondence and other material.
• Ordering and preparing patient charts daily.
