Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic front desk team members in Port Moody, BC. You will greet members, answer phones, present the OTF concept, and guide intros through their first workout.

You will work with trainers to support membership sales, follow up with prospects, handle concerns professionally, assist with events, and keep the studio clean and organized while delivering exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, face-to-face and written.
• Ability to engage with members and prospects in a friendly, professional manner.
• Comfort with sales activities and membership promotions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers (intros).
• Answer phones, assist at the front desk and interact with members.
• Give studio tours and guide intros with trainers through the first workout.
• Sell memberships and follow up with prospective clients.
• Handle member concerns professionally to reach resolution.
• Participate in marketing/outreach events.
• Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.

• Welcoming everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
