Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness 168 in Markham, Ontario is seeking an energetic front desk associate to greet guests, present the Orangetheory concept, answer phones, and support members.

You will work with trainers to guide intros through the first workout, sell memberships, and ensure a clean, welcoming studio.

This role rewards strong communication and customer service in a fitness-minded team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, face-to-face or on paper.
• Ability to greet and engage studio visitors.
• Strong teamwork with trainers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet studio guests with enthusiasm and energy.
• Present the OTF concept to interested prospects (intros).
• Assist at front desk, answer phones, and engage members.
• Give studio tours and guide intros through the first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to support studio growth.
• Keep studio clean and organized and address member concerns professionally.

Here is more of what the position entails:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as "intros"
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
