Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a proactive team member for our Delta, BC studio to welcome clients, present the OTF concept, and support membership growth. You will interact with members, coordinate intros with trainers, and participate in local marketing efforts.

Ideal candidates excel in communication, enjoy building rapport, and thrive in a fast-paced fitness environment. Compensation and benefits align with industry standards for our brand and location.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Sales-oriented mindset with experience selling memberships or services.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm and energy.
• Presenting the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers (intros).
• Working at the front desk, answering phones, and engaging with members.
• Giving studio tours to potential clients.
• Collaborating with trainers to guide intros through the first workout.
• Selling memberships to support studio growth.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Handling member concerns professionally to reach resolutions.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Keeping all studio areas clean and organized.
