Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Canada is hiring at our Edmonton-area studio to join our front desk team. You will welcome members, present the OTF concept, answer phones, give studio tours, and sell memberships to help the studio thrive.

Evening and weekend availability is required. We value energy, enthusiasm, and strong communication, with a commitment to excellent customer service in a team-oriented culture. Training and development opportunities accompany industry-leading compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, face-to-face and in writing.
• Available for evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, aka intros.
• Front desk duties including answering phones and assisting members.
• Giving studio tours to potential clients.
• Collaborating with trainers to guide intros through the first workout.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients and inquiries.
• Handling member concerns professionally to resolve issues.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
