Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including: answer phones, check members into the system, take tours for prospective members, sign up new members and calculate rates and monthly payments, assist the Club Manager with drawer counts.
• Facilitate needed updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner; escalate to Assistant Manager or Club Manager as needed.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Complete daily tasks within the first hour of your shift.
• Assist in completing priority cleaning list each day.
• Perform walk-around and bathroom checks periodically.
• Assist with any special cleaning projects as needed.
• Other duties based on club needs.
