Job summary

The Prince George Family YMCA is seeking a part-time Membership Ambassador to support sales, orientations, and member services at 2020 Massey Drive, Prince George, BC. You will handle tours, inquiries, registrations, and relationship-building with prospective members.

The role requires strong communication, frontline customer service experience, and reliable transit or transportation. CPR and First Aid certifications are expected; flexibility for evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Emergency First Aid and CPR-C & AED certification.
• CRM systems experience is desirable.
• Experience with ActiveNet is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Promote membership value and engage prospective members, conduct tours and handle inquiries.
• Process program registrations and maintain tracking spreadsheets; communicate across departments.
• Stay informed about membership changes, events, and facility priorities.
