Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in a full-time Seneca Polytechnic program during Fall 2026
  • Must reside in Ontario
  • Must have a valid Social Insurance Number
  • Must have an account with a Canadian bank

Responsibilities

  • Answer questions regarding SSF services, events, and policies via live chat or in-person
  • Inform students of the SSF’s Health and Dental Insurance Plan, Shuttle Bus Service and other SSF services
  • Assist with the completion of insurance claim forms and related questions regarding the domestic student health and dental plan
  • Communicate with internal and external clients
  • Meet regularly with Manager, Member Services
  • Develop and maintain contacts with relevant organizations/ departments/ services/ programs on- and off-campus
  • Adhere to SSF and Seneca College Policies, Seneca College Code of Conduct
  • Ensure excellent levels of customer service
  • Provide helpful information to clients
  • Must be flexible to work all hours of the day and weekends

Job description

We are looking for highly organized and energetic candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Member Services Staff position, accountable directly to the Manager, Member Services

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer questions regarding SSF services, events, and policies via our live chat or in-person
  • Inform students of the SSF’s Health and Dental Insurance Plan, Shuttle Bus Service and other SSF services
